The pools and common areas were fantastic, providing ample space for relaxation without long waits. Dining options were plentiful, and I enjoyed the diverse selection available at all hours. The gym facilities were well-equipped, enabling me to maintain my fitness routine easily. Overall, the resort's layout felt more like a small seaside town than a traditional hotel.

Room had dark ambiance, overall cleanliness could be better!!! More information on amenities provided at check-in would be helpful, missed out on fully exploring the resort initially due to lack of guidance!!!

The lazy river and kids' activities made our stay lovely. The shopping court added a unique touch to our experience.

my experience at the Iberostar Selection was horrendous. the room was dark and damp, not exactly what I expected. also, I thought I’d recieve a welcome gift for my trouble, but I guess that’s just too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t with conditions like these. disappointing, really.

the check-in process took a while. but the pools are huge and well-maintained. we loved the various dining options available. and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. the entertainment was enjoyable too.

The lush tropical landscaping and beautiful architectural design created a serene atmosphere, while the golf carts provided convenient transportation throughout the expansive resort, making it easy for seniors to explore without much walking.

More power outlets in the room would be helpful.

Family vacation paradise

The staff was very nice, constantly checking in on us,, especially when we were by the beach. We were able to enjoy the fun activities like the foam party, which were organized so well by the entertainment crew.

It wasn’t cheap, but worth the experience.
